1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, or products marked “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance items).
2. Refund Process
Inspection Required: Returns must be shipped back to me for inspection.
Approval Timeline: Refunds are processed once I receive and verify the item’s condition.
Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot offer refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Return shipping costs (unless I sent a defective/incorrect item).
4. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number.
A detailed reason for return.
Photos of the item (if defective/damaged).
