1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • The request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, or products marked “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance items).

2. Refund Process

  • Inspection Required:​ Returns must be shipped back to me for inspection.

  • Approval Timeline:​ Refunds are processed once I receive and verify the item’s condition.

  • Payment Method:​ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method​ within 3–7 business days​ (bank processing times may vary).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

I cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Return shipping costs (unless I sent a defective/incorrect item).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed reason for return.

  • Photos​ of the item (if defective/damaged).
